General Terms and Conditions for Donations to the Bio Vakantieoord
Your donation makes it possible for families with a multiple disabled and/or care-intensive child to be together during an unforgettable dream holiday at the Bio Vakantieoord.
1. Definitions
Donation: any freely given good (including any amount of money), donated by a donor to the Bio Vakantieoord.
Donor: natural person (or legal entity) who has made, is making or will make a donation to Bio Vakantieoord.
Bio Vakantieoord: Bio Kinderrevalidatie Foundation, having its registered office in Amsterdam and registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 41197926.
2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to every Donation.
2.2 By making a Donation, the Donor agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 In order to process a Donation, Bio Vakantieoord uses the personal data of the Donor. The privacy policy of the Bio Vakantieoord applies to the processing of this personal data.
3. Donations
3.1 The Donor agrees that Bio Vakantieoord may freely use the Donation in accordance with its statutory aims and provisions.
If the Donation indicates that it is to be donated to a specific project, Bio Vakantieoord shall comply with this request within the limits of its possibilities.
3.2 The Donor guarantees the correctness and completeness of the information and personal data provided and the Donor shall only make donations with means at his/her disposal and control.
3.3 A donation is irrevocable, entirely voluntary and without direct consideration.
3.4 At the request of the Donor, Bio Vakantieoord will provide a proof of donation. Read more about the tax advantages and tax-free donations on the website www.belastingdienst.nl.
4. Final provisions
4.1 Dutch law shall apply to these donation conditions.
4.2 The District Court of Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction on disputes relating to the court in Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction on disputes relating to a Donation between a Donor and the Bio Vakantieoord.
4.3 Bio Vakantieoord reserves the right to change and/or extend these donation conditions.
